Warranty

All Illuminated Signs come with 12 months warranty from purchase date.

We assess each claim on a case by case basis. If we believe the fault is due to a material failure or our workmanship we will replace the item in full.

Under no circumstance do we cover the cost of builders, electricians, painters etc. during installation or removal at any stage.

Easy to install 2 piece design.
Front of sign to wall is only 3cm deep.
Weatherproof sign panel - Fully sealed against dust and water, designed for outdoor or indoor installation.
Non-Metal Material - Made from high quality Perspex / acrylic, these signs will not fade, tarnish or rust - perfectly suitable for coastal conditions.
Even light distribution with our own custom made light panel. No bright or "hot" spots.
Ultra Low Voltage (for self installation) 12 Volt plug in adapter with 5m of wiring included - additional cable can be added upon order.
Available in 6000K Pure White or 3500K Warm White illumination.
When OFF, lettering is WHITE.

Terms & Conditions

Standard Plug in adapter and connection plug must be located indoors, these are not waterproof.

Optional Outdoor adapter available.

Please check all spelling, numbers and the use of capital letters etc. before checking out.

If you feel you have a mistake, please get in touch with us asap to resolve any issues.

We unfortunately cannot offer a refund on personalised products, however, if upon receiving your product and there is a fault we are responsible for i.e. wrong size or spelling mistake that is different to order, we will replace at our cost.

Postage times are an addition to production times. Current Production times can be found above in the product options area.
