Illuminated Sign Power
The 12V plug-in adapter that comes with your sign is safety-certified for indoor use and must be protected from the weather. This is a standard safety measure for many low-voltage outdoor lighting products.
For a safe and easy DIY installation, you simply run the thin cord from your sign to a protected indoor outlet inside your home, garage, or a covered shed. We include 5m of cable (more can be added) to make this process as simple as possible.
What if I can't run a power cord indoors?
If you are unable to run the power cord indoors, a licensed electrician can easily install a safe, outdoor-rated power supply (not included). This is a great solution for those who want a completely hard-wired, permanent installation.
An electrician can ensure the power supply and all connections are fully protected from the elements and comply with Australian electrical standards. You can provide them with the product's power consumption specifications to ensure they choose the correct power supply.
How do I install my sign?
All of our signs come ready to install and include all the necessary mounts, screws, wall plugs, and step-by-step instructions.
You’ll just need a few basic tools to assist with installation, such as:
Electric drill, Drill bits, Screwdriver, Tape measure, Pen or pencil, Spirit level.
Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Absolutely. Our signs are made using Perspex® brand acrylic, a high-quality material trusted for outdoor signage worldwide. It’s fully weatherproof, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use.
We’ve been using Perspex for over 5 years on external signs, and they continue to look just as good as the day they were installed.
All fixings supplied are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to rust or corrosion.
I just placed an order, how long will it take to arrive?
Our current production time is listed at the top of the website. This is the time it takes to custom-make your order, with shipping time added on top of that.
Once your item is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Please note: while we do our best to keep production times accurate and up to date, they may vary depending on order volumes or seasonal demand, sometimes without notice.
If you need your order by a specific date or would like the most accurate time frame, we recommend getting in touch with us before placing your order.
I just placed an order, can I get a refund?
As all of our products are custom made, we’re unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
If you’ve made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to help make any changes before production begins.
In the rare case that your item arrives with a fault that occurred during production, we’ll happily offer a replacement. Just get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item, along with a description and photos of the issue.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include a brief description and clear photos of the damage so we can assess the issue.
We review all claims individually and aim to resolve them as fairly and quickly as possible.
Please note that we can’t take responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.
How do I clean my sign?
Our signs are made from high-quality acrylic, which is easy to care for.
To clean your sign:
- Use a soft, damp cloth or microfibre cloth
- Gently wipe the surface to remove dust or smudges
- For tougher spots, use mild soapy water - never harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the acrylic
Avoid using rough sponges or paper towels, as these can cause scratching.
Warranty Information
We stand behind the quality of our signs and offer the following warranties:
- Non-Illuminated Signs – 2 years
- Illuminated Signs – 1 year
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, not the installation date, and covers any defects in materials or manufacturing of the sign itself.
Please note, the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by weather, vandalism, or incorrect installation
- Any costs related to installation, removal, electricians, builders, wall repairs, or similar services
