Refund policy
I just placed an order, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all orders are final.
Please double check your order before purchasing. If you have made a mistake you need to contact us within 24 hours to make changes.
All of our products are custom made and therefore cannot be returned.
Should you receive your sign and discover that there is a fault we are responsible for and occurred during production, we will reimburse you with a full refund or replacement, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your item.
My order arrived and it is broken, can I get a replacement?
Please email us within 48 hours with a description and photographs of the damaged item.
We assess each claim on a case by case basis.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation techniques or misuse.
